Throughout his journey, his fascination with Gastrointestinal (GI) and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgery blossomed, particularly inspired by the advanced laparoscopic techniques demonstrated by the Head of Department, Dr. Pravin Suryawanshi.

Following post-graduation, Dr. Gazdar honed his skills working under esteemed professionals in the field of Gastrointestinal, HPB, Colorectal and Bariatric surgery at the prestigious Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. Their mentorship provided invaluable experience that shaped Dr. Gazdar's surgical expertise.

A significant chapter in his career unfolded at Jagjivan Ram Railway Hospital in the Department of GI and HPB surgery, under the mentorship of Dr. Premashish J. Halder, where Dr. Gazdar underwent rigorous training and successfully performed a range of surgeries. These included procedures on the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, liver, pancreas, and bile ducts.

For Dr. Gazdar, the essence of healthcare lies in delivering treatments with the best possible outcomes for patients.
