Their mentorship provided invaluable experience that shaped Dr. Gazdar's surgical expertise.

A significant chapter in his career unfolded at Jagjivan Ram Railway Hospital in the Department of GI and HPB surgery, under the mentorship of Dr. Premashish J. Halder, where Dr. Gazdar underwent rigorous training and successfully performed a range of surgeries. These included procedures on the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, liver, pancreas, and bile ducts.
